Questions
Does this touch customer data?
No. Torziva Catalog only reads and writes product catalog data — titles, images, variants, and descriptions. We never access customer records or orders.
What happens if I don't like an AI suggestion?
Nothing is applied automatically. Every suggestion opens in a review screen where you can edit the text or skip it entirely before it touches your live store.
Can I turn off checks I don't need?
Yes. Every rule can be disabled per-store from Settings — useful if you sell products where a check like "care instructions" doesn't apply.
What happens when I uninstall?
Your data is retained briefly in case you reinstall, then permanently deleted in line with Shopify's data protection requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
