    1. Introduction

Torziva ("we," "our," or "us") is a web-based SaaS platform operated by Suman Gorai under the brand name Torziva. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://www.torziva.site or use our Service.

By using Torziva, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

    2. Information We Collect

    2.1 Information You Provide Directly

    • Account registration details (name, email address, password)
    • Business and store information (website URL, business name)
    • Payment and billing information (processed securely through our third-party payment providers — see Section 5)
    • Communications with our support team

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    • Usage data (try-on requests, button clicks, feature interactions, analytics events)
    • Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
    • Log data (IP address, access timestamps, pages viewed, referring URLs)

    2.3 End-User (Customer) Photos

When end-users use the virtual try-on feature on a merchant's store, they may upload photos. These photos are processed by our AI provider and stored temporarily in private, secure storage. They are automatically deleted after the merchant's configured retention period (default: 24 hours). Customer photos are never visible to merchants, never used for AI training, and never shared with third parties. See Section 8.1 for full details.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    • To process transactions, billing, and send related information
    • To send administrative communications (service updates, security alerts, policy changes)
    • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
    • To monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve the Service
    • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues
    • To comply with legal obligations

    4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

    5. Payment Processing

We do not directly store or process your payment card details. All payments are handled securely by our third-party payment providers:

These providers act as Merchant of Record and handle all payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and related financial data in accordance with their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS standards.

    6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

    8. Data Retention & Automatic Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

    • Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested
    • Billing records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
    • Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days by default (configurable by merchants)

    8.1 Customer Try-On Photos

When end-users (customers) use the virtual try-on feature on a merchant's store, the following applies:

    • Photo processing: Customer-uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) for try-on generation. The AI provider processes images in real-time and does not retain them.
    • Result storage: Try-on result images are stored temporarily in secure, private storage (not publicly accessible) to enable the customer to view their result.
    • Automatic deletion: All customer try-on images (uploaded photos, garment images, and generated results) are automatically and permanently deleted after the merchant's configured retention period. The default retention period is 24 hours. Merchants can configure this via their Privacy Settings dashboard.
    • Merchant visibility: Merchants cannot view customer photos. They only receive anonymised aggregate statistics (try-on counts, popular products). Customer images are never displayed in the merchant dashboard.
    • No secondary use: Customer photos are never used for AI model training, marketing, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than generating the requested virtual try-on result.

    8.2 Merchant Test Images

Images generated by merchants using the dashboard testing tool are subject to the same automatic deletion policy. Merchants can view and manage their own test results in the Try-On Gallery.
