    Torziva is a digital SaaS platform owned and operated by Suman Gorai under the brand name Torziva. As a purely digital service, we do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All subscriptions and credit purchases provide immediate access to digital features and services.

    This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer a fair, straightforward refund process.

    2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

    • The 14-day refund window begins on the date of your initial purchase or renewal
    • No questions asked — you do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund
    • This applies to all subscription plans (Starter, Pro) and credit pack purchases
    • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

    3. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, simply email us at support@torziva.site with the following details:

    • Your registered email address
    • Transaction ID or payment reference
    • Date of the transaction

    We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

    4. After the 14-Day Period

    After the 14-day refund window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may still consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

    • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error
    • Service unavailability: If the Service was substantially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle due to an issue on our end

    5. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

    • You will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period
    • No further charges will be made after cancellation
    • Unused monthly credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle
    • If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund as described above

    6. Payment Providers

    All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to the processing timelines of Paddle. In some cases, you may also contact Paddle directly regarding billing disputes.

    7. Governing Law

    This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
